Shipping and Returns
We ship the majority of our items via USPS Priority Mail. We will occasionally use First Class Mail, FedEx or UPS at our discretion depending on the weight, size and destination address of the order.Please note that some items are drop shipped, meaning they are shipped to the customer directly from the manufacturer when they are out of stock at Sassy Cactus. This means that when ordering multiple items sometimes they will arrive in different shipments at different times. We will provide you with all of the separate tracking numbers so that you will know exactly when to expect your items.
The customer is responsible for any duties or customs fees on international orders.
RETURNS MUST be preapproved by sending an email to: email@example.com for return instructions. Any returns received without preapproval will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since the delivery of your purchase, we reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange, or to charge a 15% restocking fee. PLEASE NOTE that personalized custom items, such as hats, are not eligible for return, refund or exchange for any reason.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all tags intact. Custom made items (such as custom painted hats or awards) are non returnable.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, and if your return is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Exchanges (if applicable)
Please note that some items are offered in very limited quantities or are one of a kind and therefore cannot be exchanged for the identical item. If you need to exchange an item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs for returned and exchanged items.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Please use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. We HIGHLY recommend using US Mail when returning any fragile or lightweight items rather than UPS or FedEx to prevent damage in transit.
